Arrange the majority of your invoicing quickly and easily via the Infomedics website. Not limited by Service Desk opening hours, you can arrange your affairs at a time best suited to you.

Should you wish to establish a payment plan or check the status of your payment, we recommend arranging this directly through the Infomedics website.

Payment arrangement

Infomedics allows a 30-day payment period. If you are unable to pay your invoice within this period, you can easily apply for a payment plan through the Infomedics website. Click the link below and fill in the Infomedics payment plan form.

Monitor the status of your payment

Go to www.infomedics.nl. You’ll find the ‘rekeningchecker’ (invoice checker) at the top of the webpage. Type the 13-digit number found on your invoice and check to see whether your invoice has been paid.
